How It Works

What will you need for the video meeting in order to have the virtual survey performed properly?

• Wi-Fi Internet connection at your home
  
  
• Recommended: A mobile device such as an iPhone, iPod, iPad, Android Phone, or Android Tablet. All devices must have a camera
  
  
• Please make sure that your mobile device is fully charged in order to be able to use it throughout your entire virtual survey
  
  
• A notebook or netbook computer with web camera will work but is not recommended, as it is heavier and less comfortable to carry inside your home during the virtual survey
